Sourcing
From the identification of our client’s needs to the sales follow-up, we bring personalized support at every step of the listing process. We are seeking to build a long-term relationship between the European manufacturer and the client.
Identify the client's need
Qualify the expectations and review the specifications of the products: aspect & texture, size, target price, expected lead time, and estimated forecast.
Find the adequate manufacturers
Once we have defined the product’s expectations, we will dig into our current European networks of producers or source external manufacturers to be able to match the client’s criteria.
Check the compliance
After shortlisting manufacturers, we verify their production capacity, product quality, and supply chain processes, ensuring premium ingredients, sourcing policies, and recipe authenticity. We also ensure compliance with export requirements, possess necessary certificates, pass sanitary checks, and adapt methodologies to meet Asian standards.
Start the listing process/Introduction of the potential product
This includes initial sample shipment and tasting to validate product requirements. We negotiate pricing, ensuring alignment with supply chain expectations, including Incoterm, logistics systems, and import documentation.
Help to finalize the orders and follow up
After product orders are placed, we continue to oversee shipment and distribution. We offer continuous support post-listing and follow-up to ensure a successful and enduring partnership.
